  3. Detailed commercial invoice
  4. Invoice duly signed and witnessed
  5. Detailed Packing list
Customs Regulations
  1. Extensive list of household goods, foods, personal effects, and ORIGIN COUNTRIES PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED
  2. Customer MUST CONFIRM WITH CONSULATE to make sure goods in shipment can be imported!
  3. Duty and Tax Rate 60.25% of estimated CIF Value.
Prohibited Items
  1. Pornographic materials
  2. Weapons and ammunition
  3. Drugs and Narcotics
  4. Some goods (foods, alcohol, cigarettes, clothes, etc.) need import license when imported from any country not being a member of the OECS.
Motor Vehicles
  1. Vehicles exceeding size limits below not allowed:
  2. Length - 17 feet 8 1/2 inches
  3. Width - 6 feet 7 inches
  4. Height - 13 feet 6 inches
  5. Used vehicles appraised by Customs Valuation Officers
  6. Documents required:
  7. Certificate of title
  8. Commercial Invoice for new vehicles
  9. Original ECCM Commercial Invoice, signed
  10. Require an import license
